Matt Smith is a Professional Transformation coach, speaker and author who's on a mission to inspire and help as many people as possible to become healthier, wealthier and happier versions of themselves.
Having had a short term but very intimate relationship with depression and anxiety which ultimately lead to mear bankruptcy and a failed suicide attempt 3 years ago Matt is proof of not only what can happen when we don't take full responsibility for our health and happiness but also what can happen when we DO take responsibility for our health and happiness.
Now, after 3 years of taking responsibilty combined with lots of self love Matt is 'in the best physical and mental shape' of his life and is ruthlessly committed to inspiring and helping as many people as he can to do the same.
As a Transformation Coach Matt has worked with and transformed the bodies and lives all types of clients ranging from students right up to Multi-Billionaires and pretty much everyone in between.
Matt has given talks in front of various audiences including Fitness business owners, World Class physiotherapists and (his favourite event) 100 women on a mission to embracing their bodies.
